Regan's Iris

Regan’s Iris is a literary magazine dedicated to one of Nereid Publishing’s founding members, Regan Lauber, who sadly passed away in March 2022. Regan wrote the short story, “Chloride,” which was part of the first issue of The Seafarer. All stories within this issue featured an iris in some format. It was the first and only group of short stories all founders of Nereid Publishing wrote together. Regan’s Iris hopes to celebrate Regan Lauber’s uplifting and radiant memory every year by inviting artists of all mediums to submit their work in her honor.

The first volume of Regan's Iris is currently in production and will release in the summer of 2023. We are currently taking submissions for the second volume of Regan's Iris! Read below to learn more information about submitting your work.

Accepting all STORIES, POEMS, and ARTWORK

The only requirement is that the submitted work features an iris of any kind. All genres, styles, and voices are welcome and encouraged to submit!

Email submissions to nereidpublishing@gmail.com by January 31st, 2024.

All proceeds from Regan's Iris will go toward a future scholarship in Regan Lauber's name.
